Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds Policy:

  • You can return your product within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you cannot return any items. 
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, pet hair free and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Any items returned without size tags, will not be refunded. 
  • Any Sale and Seconds items will not be refunded.

Returns Process:

  • Please email us at puppy.pawdrobe@gmail.com and type Return Request as your subject
  • Please include your order number, the item you would like to return and brief reason for returning
  • Please pack your return item with a note of order number, name, and address used to place the order. Please ensure all returns are unworn, unwashed and free from pet hair.
  • Return to the address you will receive in reply to your Return Request email  

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers until you receive a confirmation of refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your request has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 7-10 business days.

Please note: the amount refunded won’t include your original shipping costs

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund:

  1. Double check your bank account 
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or card
  3. If you have done these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at puppy.pawdrobe@gmail.com

 

Exchange Policy:

  • You can exchange your product within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you cannot exchange any items. 
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, pet hair free and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Any items returned without size tags, will not be accepted. 
  • Any Sale and Seconds items will not be accepted.

Exchange Process:

  • Return to the address you will receive in reply to your Exchange Request email  

Please note: you are responsible for exchange shipping costs and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Due to the possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges. We then recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or colour.
